Appointment confirmation, Reconfirmation and follow up

Requirements

• Willing to do rotational shifts

• Willing to work on rotational week off

• Preferred language English & Tamil Mandatory

• Preferred Male/Female

. Location: Bangalore HSR Layout

Roles

• Will have to make out calls, pick up in calls and partially emails

• Will have to make 100-120 average calls a day

• Has to work on Open QRC tickets

• He/she will follow up on all the appointment booked by them

Responsibilities

• He/she has to ensure all the appointment booked will have to be completed smoothly and if missed should be able to arrange with alternate centers

• Will have to take extra care of HNI/SHNI cases while scheduling and ensure its booked at A grade center only

• Will be responsible for overall conversion for the cases scheduled by individual

• Will be responsible to take reconfirmation from all the centers and if any center has issue or not functioning then we should be able to arrange at an alternate center
