Job Summary:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. You will provide accurate information about products, services, and resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will actively promote products and services to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service questions, and general customer support issues.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products, services, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer inquiries and issues.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of quality service.

Follow communication scripts and procedures when handling different topics.

Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
