Job Summary:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. You will provide accurate information about products, services, and resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will actively promote products and services to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the campaigns.
