Job Title: Café Staff (Skilled & Semi-Skilled) Staff

Location: Panjim, Baga, Madgaon, Vasco, Anjuna, Porvorim, Old GOa

Shift Timings:

Panjim, Madgaon & Vasco: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Baga & Anjuna: 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Porvorim: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Old Goa: 9:00 AM- & 4:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Café Staff to join our team at various locations. The ideal candidates should be customer-focused, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for all essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Take customer orders at the cash counter and prepare the order as per company standards.

Ensure high-quality service and maintain food safety and hygiene.

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.

Handle cash, card, and delivery sales accurately and tally daily transactions.

Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to work night shifts as per the allocated schedule.

Basic communication and customer service skills.

Honest, hardworking, and a team player.
