**Job Summary:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Cafe Staff Members. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.

- Prepare and serve beverages, including cold coffee, hot coffee, milkshakes, and mocktails.

- Assist in preparing food items such as Maggi, momos, burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards.

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.

- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient working environment.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and cafe policies.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

- A friendly and approachable personality.

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
