PENNEP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to join our client's team and oversee the daily operations of our vibrant café. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Supervise all cafe operations, covering inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
Establish and maintain efficient procedures to enhance workflow and minimize wastage.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations.
Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a cohesive and motivated team.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refresh menus aligned with current trends and customer preferences.
Ensure food and beverage offerings meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, adhering to food safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular inspections and promptly address any compliance issues.
Required Qualification and Skills
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in café or restaurant management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, cost management, and menu development.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
