Daily Operations Management:

Oversee all day-to-day activities of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Manage and monitor café cleanliness, food presentation, and overall ambiance.

Ensure all café policies and standards are followed consistently by the team.

Staff Management & Scheduling:

Lead, train, and supervise a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Develop and manage staff schedules to meet peak times and maintain optimal coverage.

Motivate staff, handle any interpersonal issues, and conduct performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.

Salary- lacs-3 lacs per month, duty 8hrs +overtime. Weekly 2 days off. 2 yrs contract. Food, accommodation, transportation, medical insurance provided by the company. Direct airport pick up by the company.
