Responsibilities:

Managing Cafe Operations: Oversee the daily functioning of the cafe to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Taking Orders: Personally handle customer orders during peak hours and ensure accuracy and efficiency in service.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff members. Delegate tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials, ingredients, and supplies. Place orders as needed to avoid shortages.

Daily Updates: Compile and report daily sales figures, expenses, and other relevant operational data to senior management.

Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Sales and Promotion: Develop and execute promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales and attract more customers to the cafe.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the cafe.
