Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Manage, direct and support the CAD Operations team. Hire, train, develop, teach, coach, mentor, motivate, discipline, and reward staff members.

 In a supervisory role and as necessary uses independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative under pressure in a variety of situations when designing implants or surgical instrumentation.

 Works with all departments to facilitate and implement new designs, engineering

changes, and software development for CAD processes.

 Maintain effective working relationships and communication with departmental, company and contract manufacturing staff.

 Performs tasks under the company FDA and ISO-conforming quality system

 Acknowledge and participate in quality assurance and quality improvement

projects carried on in the company.

 Supervise direct reporting staff (if any) according to overall company policy.

 Other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills, Abilities, Competencies Required:

 Willingness to work flexible hours & work from home as needed.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.

 Willingness to travel abroad is needed

 Able to work independently as well as part of a team; demonstrated experience building a strong team environment.

 Able to excel in a high-pressure, fast paced, and ever changing environment; adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events while meeting objectives,

budgets, and timelines.

 Strong interpersonal skills and maturity in working with all levels of the organization.

 Must possess strong leadership skills.

 Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to diverse roles as a member of the corporate team.

 Be able to follow ensure accuracy and quality in documentation and data.

Adhere to safety standards established by FDA.

 Must be able to motivate and empower employees to achieve personal,

departmental, and business goals..
