Responsibilities and Duties :
1) Maintain and Implement all QMC System and processes.
2) Knowledge of various machine shop processes/ quality control documentation and various type of manufacturing stages / machining process.
3) Knowledge of design jigs and fixtures.
4) Working experience in CATIA V5R20 AND AUTO CAD. BOTH ARE COMPULSORY.
5) CANDIDATE FROM AUTO INDUSTRY WILL NOT SUIT FOR OUR ORGANISATION.
6) He must be able to know process planning and estimation of projects, bill of material for Projects.
7) Studying a design brief
8) Thinking of possible design solutions
9) Researching whether the design will work and be cost-effective
10) Assessing the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design
11) Using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software to create prototypes
12) Collecting and analyzing data from tests on prototypes
13) Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to project managers and clients.
14) Project Planning for all batch Quantity.
15) Preparation of machining process Drawing, Quality Planning project wise. Monitoring all process in details and revision if any apply for process improvement.
