Cabin crew, also known as flight attendants, are responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers during a flight. Their responsibilities include:

Safety: Ensuring the safety of passengers by explaining how to use safety equipment, such as seatbelts, life vests, and oxygen masks. They also carry out safety and security procedures during emergencies, such as turbulence, medical issues, or evacuations.

Comfort: Making sure passengers are comfortable and responding to their requests.

Service: Serving food, drinks, and duty-free items, and accepting payments.

Information: Sharing important information with passengers, such as ETAs or seatbelt announcements.

Cleanliness: Keeping the cabin clean and organized.

First aid: Administering basic first aid when necessary.

Conflict resolution: Resolving in-flight conflict with tact and professionalism.

Coordination: Coordinating with the flight crew.

Security: Ensuring security by checking cargo areas ahead of take-off to ensure luggage is secure.
