Job Overview:

Cabin Crew members play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during flights. They provide exceptional customer service, handle in-flight services, and are trained to respond to emergencies while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by conducting safety briefings and demonstrating emergency procedures.

Assist passengers during boarding, disembarkation, and throughout the flight.

Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, serving meals, and addressing any concerns or special requests.

Monitor the cabin to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for passengers, including managing cabin temperature and lighting.

Handle in-flight emergencies, medical situations, and conflict resolution, adhering to safety protocols.

Perform routine checks on emergency equipment, cleanliness, and supplies.

Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations during the flight.

Promote and sell airline products and services, such as duty-free items or upgrades.

Qualifications:

Age between 18 and 30 years (varies by airline).

Frequent travel, including overnight stays and long-haul flights.

Shift-based work with varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
