Job Title: Cabin Crew

Location: Mahipalpur

Department: In-flight Services

Reports To: Cabin Manager / In-flight Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a member of the Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during flights. You will play a vital role in creating a positive flight experience by delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to safety protocols, and responding to passengers' needs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Safety and Security:

Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and guidelines.

Perform safety demonstrations and provide clear instructions to passengers.

Assist passengers during emergency situations, including performing first aid and evacuations if required.

Conduct pre-flight safety checks, ensuring all emergency equipment is functional.

Customer Service:

Greet passengers, verify tickets, and assist with seating arrangements.

Respond to passenger inquiries and provide information about the flight.

Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in accordance with company policies.

Attend to special requests such as dietary needs or assistance for passengers with disabilities.

In-Flight Duties:

Maintain a clean and organized cabin throughout the flight.

Ensure the availability of in-flight entertainment and magazines.

Monitor cabin conditions and address passenger needs promptly.

Handle and resolve any customer complaints or disputes tactfully.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members to ensure smooth operations.

Participate in pre-flight briefings to review flight details, safety protocols, and assignments.

Coordinate with ground staff for boarding, disembarking, and passenger assistance.

Post-Flight Duties:

Assist in cleaning and preparing the aircraft for the next flight.

Complete all necessary paperwork, including incident reports and inventory checks.
