Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Security: Conduct pre-flight safety checks, demonstrate safety procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during the flight.

Passenger Service: Welcome passengers on board, assist with seating, and provide information about in-flight services, including meal options and entertainment.

Crisis Management: Handle in-flight emergencies calmly and effectively, including first aid and evacuation procedures as necessary.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with passengers, addressing their needs and inquiries to enhance their travel experience.
