Looking for - CA (Inter) with Industry experience of 3 years +

Sunil Sandeep & Co (SSC); Chartered Accountants; is a Boutique Consulting Firm based in Ahmedabad offering value added services in the name of

Virtual CFO since 2000.

The CFO services covers CFO level professional services to SMEs and Corporates; (. Strategic planning – Preparing Business Plans – Defining Policies – Finance & Accounts support– MIS/ Profitability review/ analysis, Management & Board Reporting – Costing and Budgeting control – supporting scientific decision making process, Process review (SOPs) – Risk management and control, ERP support, supporting any accounting / tax legal/ commercial matters and includes Transaction based services like Fund raising – M&A support – Deal making – JV/Legal matters etc)

We are looking for a candidate having worked in manufacturing Industry in an organized set up for a minimum period of 3 complete years after Articles ship. He should possess:

• Good understanding in Accounting, GST, Income Tax

• Independent finalization of Accounts and Balance Sheet

• Understanding of Internal control and process knowledge

• Knowledge of advanced Excel tools

• MIS & Data Analysis skills

• Good communication and mail writing capability

• Compliance of Banking, Import or Export

Job Profile

• To play active role in our CFO services while dealing with multiple clients

• To support in account, GST, Income Tax, Finance function of SMEs

• Actively support in inventory control, costing, budgeting & MIS exercise

• Support in Equity Deals, Due Diligence Support

• Review and support team for timely execution

• Banking compliances and commercial agreements
