Responsible for all areas of Accounts and Finance.

Bi-Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS reporting to parent company.

Filling data in SAP of Salzgitter group

Monitoring work of subordinates, their access rights and accounting practice.

Company staff salary and remuneration payment and maintaining records.

Accounting for expenses provision, payroll related provisions and year end closure.

Loan to employees and interest calculation.

TDS calculation for Employees and issuance of form 16

Managing Working capital and documentations with Bankers and financial arrangement.

Investment of short term surplus funds thereby generations of tax free incomes.

Submission of data to tax authority for tax assessment.

Month-wise annual budget preparation and comparison of actual with budgeted figures.

Data to LIC for Group Gratuity scheme, EDLI and superannuation

Preparation of Financial statement and providing data to Auditors

Hedging of foreign currency transactions and keeping track of trend to maximize gain and minimize
