Key Responsibilities:

Meat Cutting: Expertly cut, trim, and portion meat products, such as beef, lamb, pork, and poultry, to meet customer specifications and requirements.

Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of meat quality, inspecting products for freshness, quality, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of meat products, ensuring appropriate stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean butchering equipment, including knives, saws, grinders, and slicers, and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, providing assistance, recommendations, and fulfilling special requests regarding meat cuts and products.

Sanitation: Strictly adhere to sanitation and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and hygienic work environment in the butcher shop.

Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste materials, such as bones and trimmings, in accordance with established procedures.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, such as kitchen staff and store personnel, to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.

Job Requirements:
