A broad understanding of civil engineering surveying and geotechnical fields.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for getting enlistment/empanelment with PSUs, PMCs, MNCs, Government agencies and other prospective customers
Establishing contacts in the industry and participating in customer meetings and seminars
Assess the leads/RFQ for operational risks and financial feasibility and respond accordingly.
Respond to RFP/RFI
Responsible for bid management and Tendering & Contracts activities and able to deliver a competitive costing and cost estimation.
Develop, review & monitor compliance of the tender & contracts policies & guidelines.
Handling documentation of the tenders and ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Adhere to the rules of tendering and complying with the same
Undertaking Bid/No Bid exercises to decide whether to make a submission or not
Review of drafts and effecting improvement
Methodologies and executive summaries
Quality control and procedures
Obtaining feedback from clients after failed bids
Support business development and marketing
Perform research on competition and clients
