Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our two-wheeler sales team at Faizabad UP. The ideal candidate will have:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the two-wheeler industry

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills in English

A can-do attitude with self-initiative

Key Responsibilities:

Manage branch operations, sales, collection, after-sales service, and distribution expansion

Identify market opportunities and appoint channel partners/dealers

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Execute retail activity plans, including service camps, mechanics meets, test drive activities, and dealer meets

Appoint and manage service and spare parts outlets, and private garage mechanics training

Resolve dealer, customer, and service center issues promptly and professionally

Maintain product knowledge and assist customers/dealers in selection

Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and route deliveries/pickups
