JD for Business Sales Associate (Voice Process) for UK based Co. at Ahmedabad
FLUENT ENGLISH IS REQUIRED
Flexible to work in UK Shifts (IST 1/2pm to 10/11PM based on day light savings)
Generating new business through telesales efforts and relationship building.
Ability to work under pressure to achieve KPIs.
To identify & understand the client's business & offer the best solution.
Promote the company and its offerings to the markets we target.
Ability to learn & understand new things
Establish and maintain new relationships with prospective clients while promoting our solutions.
Cold calling & Client interaction
Proactively innovate to increase sales.
Interacting with potential customers and addressing telephonic queries.
Maintaining the database of generated leads.
Preparing daily activity reports and MIS/CRM.
Should have exposure in computers with knowledge of MS Office especially
Ready to take challenges.
Should be exposed to multiple lead generation portals.
Identify suitable marketing strategies to generate new leads.
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Timings: UK Timing (1 pm to 11 pm) Monday to Saturday
