Job description

You will start your career at AVODHA as an individual contributor working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way in which AVODHA helps students learn better making them industry suitable. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students and will play a role in their learning journey. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents across the country about one of Indias leading upskill platform and how it helps students learn not just for exams, but way beyond.

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment . Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and help them enhance their specific skills. This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of inside-sales and direct-sales. We look forward to having you on board Team AVODHA

Responsibilities

Career counselling for prospective applicants and their parents both over the phone and person(if required),during the admission process, entitled for telephonic counselling video counselling f required

Helping students to choose right course

Managing complete admission process

regular follow up with leads

converting students and enquiries to admission

Regular activities to convert negatives leads into positives leads

Willingness to work in extra time if required

Dedicated to work and create your own targets

candidates will be responsible for calling and handling of students

Excellent communication in hindi and english is a must

Reporting the issues faced by the students to the managers

Candidates must be available for all meetings conducted by team managers ,ABM,AGM on time

Proper feedbacks and reporting

Should be active in Whatsapp group and responses in the group is must

Need to visit the colleges
