We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our finance company. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and act as a liaison between our company and their organizations.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor client satisfaction levels, track key performance indicators, and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in any NBFC or any financial sector.
