Job Title: Business Relationship Executive
Location - Bangalore
Role - Full Time
As a Business Relationship Executive (BRE), your primary responsibility is to foster and maintain positive relationships between the organization and its clients or business partners.
This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both the organization's objectives and the needs of its clients or partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients or business partners.
Work closely with clients or partners to understand their business processes and challenges.
Act as a bridge between the organization and clients or partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Facilitate collaboration and coordinate efforts between internal teams and external stakeholders also be the part of CSR activity .
Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
Act as a point of contact for escalations and work towards finding solutions that benefit both parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or a related role.
Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
