Job Description:

Its completely a business development job and responsibility. You need to have good contacts with Export houses, offices, banks etc for providing AMC regarding IT Department. Or must have had pior work experience overthe same duties.

Another segment is Accounts and HR services, hence you will be required to track prospective companies who will be interested in outsourcing these department works.

Once you fix the meeting with the prospect, you will be required to pass information to the BD Head for final meeting for the closure in association with you.

you need to make calls to the prospects (30 touched calls a day) from your own data base or with the help from google search etc.

Daily reporting over phone call

Temporarily its a work from home job.

The JD mentioned above is not limited to the daily works.

What you will get:

Its a fixed salary job, based on your minimum target achievement, Meaning, the incumbent has to achieve the minimum sales figure per month for the fixed salary,

variable sales incentive (slab) over the achieved sales numbers (No target for sales incentives)

Salary appraisal in every three months.
