• Acquiring of good retail/uhni/hni clients with their Funds/Portfolio and generating revenue on his own to justify CTC and ensure incentive.

• They will chase big clients to move their portfolio on LKP’s platform.

• BM should be able to advice the correct product as per requirement (need to act as Portfolio Manager).

• Good knowledge on financial products – Broking (Commodity ,Currency, Equity), MF , Insurance .

• Min source 2 clients

• MPC 3 x above which attractive incentive from (5-15)%
