o Monitoring cash flows on a regular basis

o Preparing cash flow projections and reviewing them on a fortnightly basis

o Analyzing and discussing the position of cash flow with various stakeholders

o Handle various valuation models especially relevant to equity valuation

o To establish Business Plan as organization goal monitoring tool with inputs from vital cross functions from respective heads

o To interact with Directors and other senior management for their guidance on BP

o To set up quarterly monitoring / review of BP as per actuals

o To set up BP as base for forward looking guidance on business / projects etc.

o To set up internal team reporting to CFO as separate vertical

Handling ERP system as eventually data mining, report extracting and system development be needed

MIS as needed by senior management like dashboard, comprehensive reports.
