Business Operations Associate - Tata Nexarc

We are looking for a (Tata Business Hub) Associate/Coordinator – Business Loan Operations  for Tata Nexarc, who would: •Individual role 

 

•Work as a Relationship Manager for customers who have applied for loan

•Coordinate with Lenders and Customers to ensure timely disbursals

•Keep a track of all business loan applications received and pending at various stages

•Resolve queries/objections/document request raised by Lenders

•Maintain high First Time Right (FTR) metrics

•Own business targets across the funnel, with a key focus on achieving monthly, quarterly targets 

•Achieve best in class Customer Experience

•Suggest process improvements 

•Excellent ability to coordinate with borrowers and lenders over phone and resolve issues

•Must have good understanding of financial products

•Eagerness to provide exceptional customer and partner experience

•Ability to speak to customers, partners and identify problems

•Strong problem-solving skills 

•Strong convincing skills

•Must have an eye for details

•Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment

•Basic proficiency in MS Excel is a must

Salary: 4Lacs to 8 Lacs .
