Responsibilities:
-Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports.
-Ability to work on multiple projects of different nature
-Self- driven, Detail-oriented and diligent
-Ensure data accuracy by validating existing data sources, reports andensuring data integrity.-Monitor customer interactions, including emails, calls, and chats.
-Work closely with sales teams of client to align customer success strategies.
-Preparing reports in documented formats, reaching out to suppliers onbehalf of the client via email and updating client CRM / other online platform from time to time.
-Engaging with clients in USA via telephonic calls and email communication
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
-Proven experience in data analysis and customer-focused roles.
-Proficiency in American English, including strong communication, reading, and writing skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office Applications
-Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
-Attention to detail and organization skills.
-Previous experience with customer facing role preferred
