General Analytic

responsibilities:

-interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports.

-ability to work on multiple projects of different nature

-self- driven, detail-oriented and diligent

-ensure data accuracy by validating existing data sources, reports andensuring data integrity.-monitor customer interactions, including emails, calls, and chats.

-work closely with sales teams of client to align customer success strategies.

-preparing reports in documented formats, reaching out to suppliers onbehalf of the client via email and updating client crm / other online platform from time to time.

-engaging with clients in usa via telephonic calls and email communication

preferred qualifications:

-bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

-proven experience in data analysis and customer-focused roles.

-proficiency in american english, including strong communication, reading, and writing skills

-strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-proficiency in ms office applications

-ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

-attention to detail and organization skills.

-previous experience with customer facing role preferred
