We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Business Manager with CuriousCheets you will be responsible for all its operations in Hyderabad and will be directly coordinating with the founder of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Should be social media savvy and work experience on Instagram is a must

Reaching out and securing deals with brands for content creation work, collaborations and paid partnerships

Generate leads using social media and networking platforms like Instagram and Linkedin

Draft out contracts and quotations

Should be organized and able to manage leads

Handle Email and calendar management

Assisting during shoots finding models, acquiring props, finding locations, selecting hair and make-up artists, selecting outfits etc..

Assisting with lighting and cameras during shoots

Helping with editing as required

Assisting with course and workshop development

Responding to comments and DMs

Helping with researching and drafting blog articles and captions

Assisting with development of new brands and projects - finding vendors, building marketing plans, reaching out to retailers etc..

Requirements

3-4 years relevant experience

Creative and able to think outside of the box

Interest in the luxury goods industry

Able to work in a high-stress environment

Independent and hardworking

Punctual and professional

Needs to have clear communication skills

Good knowledge of Google sheets, docs and MS office

Strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills
