Designation: Business Manager
Scope and Responsibilities: BM will be responsible for acquiring new taining client /Associate relationships and generate revenue from brokerage operations from existing/new cing and servicing Demat A/C & for Stock Broking and resolving queries.
1. Recruit /Train FPA and advisors.
2. Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
3. Enhance FPA earnings based on vintage.
4. Focusing on advisor and FPA retention.
5. Focus on Customer retention.
6. Generate sales leads through Financial Planning Associate and advisors by up selling and cross selling of product mix.
7. Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
