o Responsible for achieving the targeted sales volume for Food Ingredients (specifically dehydrated ingredients) in the export markets focusing on Europe, Middle East and South East Asia or as decided.
o Shall be forthcoming to bring and develop business opportunity of private labeling, customized solutions and partnership tie-ups with international clients to generate additional business.
o To be prepared to travel abroad to attend international trade fairs and expositions.
o Will be responsible for generating new leads, managing the entire sales cycle from enquiry to order booking, covering sampling, product specification finalisation, trial orders, contracting etc.
o Mapping and understanding customer requirements, their specifications, quantity requirements, etc. and work with Production team to organise sample presentation, trial order preparation.
o Establish contact with Potential Clients through Calls, Emails, and other communications channels. Build and Maintain relationships with respective clients.
o Engage with clients and understand their requirements. Provide the necessary information required to close deals.
o Identify market opportunities by identifying new markets, assessing customer requirements, engaging with clients, and forecasting business (long-term and short-term).
o Maintain Client accounts and tracked deals in the CRM system. Build analysis report of the KPIs.
o Track and maintain deals. Collect and file documents of the respective deals. Coordinating with our export partners so that customer requirements and delivery plans are fulfilled in time.
Skill sets:
o Understanding of Export-Import Business.
o Exposure to the food ingredients exports and experience in export handling in Europe, USA and the Middle-East countries is preferred.
o Should be fluent in English.
o Should own an Indian Passport.
o Fluency in Verbal Communicationand Written communication
o Working knowledge of CRM and Business Analytics
