Hapy Aviation is looking for Business Manager in Delhi NCR.

Qualification : Minimum 5 years of total work experience in a high growth company as an independent contributor. People with sales / business development experience are invited. Passion for Aviation, Travel / tourism, Hospitality is mandatory. Experience in content or startup will be an added advantage. Graduation from any stream is allowed.

Job description : You will have to build great relations with our partners in your region and ensure business growth. You will carry a target of Rs 5 lacs per month of net revenue to the company. You will have a 10 day training period. You will report directly to the founders of the company.

Salary and Compensation : Your fixed salary will be Rs 6 lacs per annum. Your transport will be using public transport like metro / bus / shared auto and personal bike. Fixed travel allowance will be provided per month. Incentives are applicable and will be given based on target agreed and achieved.

About Us : Hapy Aviation is an aggregator for general aviation in India. We offer aero sports activities like hot air balloons, paragliding, paramotoring, sky diving and microlight aircraft joy rides across India. We also offer pilot training, aircraft sales and services.
