2. Develop and execute the global export and import strategy to expand the companys

presence in international markets.

3. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing and production to delivery,

ensuring the efficient movement of goods across borders.

4. Identify and explore new markets for product expansion, ensuring the companys

products meet local market demands and regulations.

5. Drive market penetration and increase market share by identifying trends and

capitalizing on opportunities in new and existing international markets.

6. Lead and manage cross-functional teams across sales, logistics, and operations to

ensure smooth and effective execution of export and import activities.

7. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that drives operational excellence,

accountability, and continuous improvement.

8. Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to ensure team

members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

9. Develop and manage the export/import budget, ensuring cost-effective shipping,

compliance, and operational efficiencies.

10. Monitor key financial metrics such as profit margins, sales growth, and cost

management, taking corrective actions when necessary to meet financial objectives
