Roles and Responsibilities :
• Provide legal advice and support to the business on all aspects of its operations, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property,
and employment law.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Manage the company's legal compliance program.
• Stay up to date on changes in the law and ensure that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement the company's internal audit plan.
• Lead and supervise the execution of internal audits.
• Identify and assess risks to the company's operations and financial reporting.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal controls.
• Report audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
• Stay up to date on auditing standards and best practices.
Other Responsibilities: -
• Manage the company's legal and audit team.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the legal and audit departments.
• Oversee the company's risk management program.
• Advise senior management and the board of directors on legal and audit matters.
• Represent the company to external stakeholders, such as government agencies and regulators.
