Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve month-on-month sales targets.

Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the Isuzu brand's presence.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.

2. Service Operations:

Oversee the service department, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair services.

Implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Monitor service metrics and KPIs to ensure efficient service delivery.

Manage the service team to provide exceptional service experiences to customers.

3. Retail Forecasting:

Develop accurate retail forecasts based on market demand and historical data.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align inventory with projected sales.

Continuously review and adjust forecasts to optimize inventory management.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare detailed reports on sales, services, and other relevant KPIs.

Provide regular updates to senior management on division performance.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

5. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales and service professionals.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Set clear goals and expectations for team members and conduct performance reviews.
