The Business Head is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success and performance of the assigned center. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management skills to drive both sales growth and operational efficiency. This role requires an excellent track record in both sales and operations. The Business Head is responsible for achieving sales targets & and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre. Role & Responsibilities
Developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals.
Leading and managing the sales and operations team.
Providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that the team meets or exceeds targets.
Monitoring and analyzing sales and operations performance data.
Implementing timely corrective actions and strategies to achieve high centre performance
Ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in all aspects of the center's activities.
Responsible for Centre Profitability
Achieving fee collection goals
Ensuring strict adherence to company Processes, Policies and Directives
Ensuring Good governance and administration
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in Education/EdTech, preferably in a managerial role.
Skills Required: Leadership, sales, operations management, and excellent communication.
