• Primary Responsibilities to build business Franchise, and will be responsible for getting target achieved for all the products in the allocated Region.
• Conduct periodic strategic review of the business portfolio across the branches.
• Develop annual business plans, strategies for Gold Loan business and review performance monthly. Work with support functions (Ops, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Admin, Audit etc.) to ensure team gets the required support to develop business and achieve targets.
• Lead and inspire branches to delivery as per business plan. Establish and sustain high performance culture amongst the branch teams Define and implement necessary strategies and processes to ensure high level of performance.
• Understand the local business drivers and issues that have an impact on branch performance.
• Maximize performance of Franchise Managers and their teams by identifying training needs and ensure delivery of training takes place.
• Keep the team motivated and engaged Key result areas for the role. The performance in this role is expected to positively impact the followings metrics: Branch / employee productivity for all the products.
• Revenue and profitability of Gold Loan business and Gold Bond.
• Maintaining punctuality, Discipline and high level of Morality in tune with the ethics & values of Achiievers Group.
