GEMENT TRAINEE: Sales and Marketing Management Client Servicing/Client acquisition/Brand promotion

TRAINEE MANAGER: Human Resource Development /Training and Recruitment/ Employee Engagement

. TEAM LEADER: Team Management/ Leadership Development/ Conflict Management

. MANAGER: Administration/Finance/Operations

NESS HEAD: branch and office management

Note: All levels are compulsory and extensive training would be provided at every level.
