Job Summary:
Sigma Consultant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of the company through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
3. Sales Process:
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance business development strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities for management review.
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client on boarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
