Job Responsibilities:
To study about the Civil engineering market in finding out our exact target audience, Market trend in construction market, competitors offers, identifying what are the highest demanded service in the market among the services we provide, identifying clients expectation in terms of pricing/quality/TAT and sharing the inputs regularly to the management.
Based on the market study observations setting up a process to identify the ways to add more values to our service and stand out of the competition.
Identify a way to attract clients through valuable mediators
Setting up a process and strategies to implement a strong digital marketing team to execute Lead generation through Promotions, Branding, campaigns, blogging, etc.,
Act as a key account manager and keep in touch with existing customers on regular basis to understand quality of our service being given and pass the feedback to internal teams for the corrective steps
Creating new strategies and long-term business plan to increasing the customer base and expanding operations to more geographies
Identify high value customers for long term
Analyzing opportunities and executing strategies to enter new markets, grow and scale existing operations.
Assisting with any business development/marketing/strategy or related tasks in any teams part of the organization.
Develop new Market Strategies for various existing products and come up with ideas for new products based on market study.
Setting up an effective marketing team in for offline/online that can deliver to the highest.
