Job Description

Looking for a dynamic sales representative, a dedicated and enthusiastic sales person to join our company. The Sales Representative primary focus is to develop lead generation, taking individual sales strategies and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Responsibilities: Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company. Achieve new business opportunities that support our overall growth by managing the sales team. Research potential leads and plan strategies to get new clients and route new opportunities to respective managers. Prepare presentations and set up meetings with prospects and stay in touch with leads regularly. Recruit new sales representatives and set coaching and performance metrics for them. Design and implement plans to expand the company's presence in the growing global market and increase customer base. Build and promote strong relationships by partnering with clients/customers by understanding their needs. Track performance and sales metrics on a regular basis. Maintaining a database of prospective client and potential prospect information(Salesforce, Hubspot-CRM, ABSD tools like Intandemly or equivalent and Excel, etc.) Willing to work with extended hours covering multiple time zones. Excellent knowledge of MS office. Requirements: Prefer candidates in business administration or related fields. MBA, MCA or relevant education in technology, marketing or sales can apply. Must have successful previous experience of 2 - 3 years as a sales representative in selling Software Products, IT Services with International market as main focus. Should have extensive knowledge in Software Sales, IT Services, various technologies and market trends. Oracle Netsuite Pre Sales knowledge and experience would be an advantage. Experience selling SaaS products and selling implementation services is preferred. Should have strong communication skills and presentation skills. Should be highly motivated, be energetic.
