Business Development Specialist

Job Description

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Generating Leads and acquisition of new customers for the company.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social

media Set up meetings both online and offline with potential clients and listen to their needs

and demands Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Seeking approval and Performing trail demonstrations at plant level. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend

new products.
