As Business Development Specialist you would be extremely hungry and a go-getter. You would
be able to hit the ground running and would need little or no assistance. You would be
responsible for the entire life cycle of New Business acquisition & Retention including (But not
limited to), Creating Outreach, Doing Presentations & Closing of accounts. You would be
responsible for representing the company on the first level of interaction with accounts and hence
would need strong communication and presentation skills along with a pleasing personality.
The key responsibilities would be to
Develop a strong new business pipeline through existing agency contacts, cold calls,
cultivation of new leads, and reactivation of idle accounts among digital agencies and
advertisers
Develop relationships with senior company contacts across analytics, operational, and
teams
Cultivate a top-level sales funnel capable of delivering team- and corporate-level revenue
goals
Use acquired knowledge of Digital and Marketing techniques to identify and sell-through
compelling data-driven targeting solutions
Grow existing digital and traditional accounts into strategic reoccurring revenue streams
Understand campaign goals and tactics to provide audience recommendations to
clients/prospects
Educate clients on trends Digital Marketing and optimization to support innovative Digital
Campaigns strategies
Develop account strategies to drive long term revenue growth, develop requests for
proposal responses and programs, and drive subscription licensing deals
Provide feedback to the VP, and Platform Partnerships on tactical and strategic initiatives to
optimize sales plan
Act as a digital evangelist across client groups and own the digital channels
Work with the marketing team to improve, conference and event execution
Maintain Salesforce CRM daily to record sales activity, track pipeline opportunities and
forecast revenue.
