Position: Business Development Specialist
Location: Work from Office at Paras Trinity
Shift Timings:
● 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)
● 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and enroll them into the organization's
courses.
2. Revenue Generation: Achieve a minimum revenue target of INR 40,000/- per month
during both probation and full-time periods.
3. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from The
Skillians' course offerings.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to
ensure high retention and satisfaction.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new
opportunities.
6. Training & Development: Complete the mandatory 4-day training program before
independently handling responsibilities.
7. Adherence to Policies: Maintain compliance with company guidelines and uphold
ethical standards in all sales activities.
Terms of Employment:
1. Probation Period:
○ Duration: 2 months.
○ Salary: 6 LPA (CTC), inclusive of performance-based incentives as per the incentive
plan, with a monthly salary of ₹20,000 during the probation period.
○ Minimum Revenue Target: ₹40,000/- per month to qualify for salary and
incentives.
○ Performance Review: Probation may be extended or shortened based on Performance.
