Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) - Inside Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our inside sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers
- Make outbound calls and send emails to generate leads
- Build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs
- Present our products/services to potential customers
- Handle objections and close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximum results
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets In NA Region.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
