Job description
India Skills Pvt Ltd (ISPL) is a Skills Assessment Agency, with head office in New Delhi. ISPL requires a a qualified professional to lead its efforts,project and enhance reputation, market its services with the Goverment and Private sector.
He should be able to liaise with Awarding Bodies ( Sector Skill Councils), State Skill Missions, Educational institutes, training providers and assist corporates in their Social responsibilities.
He should have adequate knowledge of the Skills eco system of India.
Have working relationships with NSDC , Awarding Bodies and State Skill missions.
He will be the Profit Centre Head.
He should have the ability to interact with government officials and corporates at a senior level.
Main Objectives
Promote business in Government & Corporates for assessments/ examinations.
Responsible to empanel the company with Awarding Bodies and State Skill Missions.
Leverage Technology in assessments.
Create and maintain a pool of Assessors and Subject matter experts
Create a pool of questions in each job role.
Should be Flexible and have Leadership abilities
Qualifications
10 years experience in Skills Training / Assessments
Excellent communication and Business Development Skills
