Roles and Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Report to the respective coordinator on (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Requirements and skills

Work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent communication skill

Track record of achieving sales quotas

Candidates with Bachelors degree in any stream.
