. Roles & Responsibilities:

monitor actively the work of the marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.

2..To create exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.

negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.

4..To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.

oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.

Requirements:

1.•Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role

2.•Must have Market Knowledge

3.•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

4.•Experience in sales, marketing or related field

5.• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
