Join our Services_APAC team within Services division in India as Head Business Development - Turbo Services to help us take us to the next level.

In this role you will be accountable for:

Devising and implementing the TS Sales strategy for RES India Subregion

Functional management of the TS India services by qualifying the local facility with customers

Supporting Head of Sales in development of the MRP and treat achievement of the MRP the same as an annual budget.

Co-ordinating and manage the activities including visit plans of Sales Managers and ensure to develop a culture of aggressive goal achievement – consistently find ways to deliver our promises.

Ensuring all Regional / State / Area Sales Managers provide prompt and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes to support effective forecasting – every salesperson visibly owns their own prospect list.

Producing and coordinating the RFC for Order Intake and Order Intake GP for TS India.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

15 Years’ experience in sales / customer service roles.

15 years’ experience with Electrical / Mechanical products.

Strong communication skills.

High level skills in time management.

Ability to engage and work with others.

Travel ~ >50% of time.

Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
