Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Officer (BDo) to join our team. As a BDo, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to ensure the long-term growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
Participate in the development of pricing strategies, sales plans, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful project delivery.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network, promote the company, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Any Degree or PUC.
Understanding of market trends and dynamics.
