Review and organize supporting documents, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria.
Provide guidance on obtaining necessary supporting documents, such as letters of invitation, employment contracts, or financial statements. (4) Application Submission and Follow-Up:
Submit visa applications on behalf of clients to the appropriate authorities or consulates.
Monitor application progress and communicate updates to clients.
Address any issues or inquiries related to the application process. (5) Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.(6) Sales and Revenue Generation:
Promote additional services, such as travel insurance, to clients to enhance their travel experience and increase revenue.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. (7) Continuous Learning:
Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry trends and visa-related developments.
